Q: Where do you shipped the items from?

A: We shipped our items from our warehouses in the United States, but we are also ABLE to deliver our products to most of the countries!


Q: How long will it take for me to receive the items?


United States: 5 - 10 working days

Rest of the World: 7 - 14 working days


United States: 3 - 5 working days

Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. 

We do not ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

You can also refer to our shipping policies below before deciding if you would like to place an order with us.

Do also take note that for festive seasons like Christmas and the New Year, shipping will take longer than usual as most of our logistics personnel will be on holiday.


Q: The items I received are defective, may I request for a refund / return?

A: For refund requests, You may drop us an email and attached the photos of the defective items.

Once our customer service officer accessed and upon agreement, we will proceed to issue a refund via your payment method.

For return requests, upon agreement, you will NOT have to return the items to us. You can opt for resend or refund, and we will process your choice as soon as possible.


Q: I believed my items are lost in transit, may I request for a refund / resend?

A: If you suspect your items are lost in transit, please contact us and our customer service officer will investigate for you.

Once we confirmed that the items are lost, you can choose to have us resend the items over, or request a refund from us.



1. The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time and order processing time.

2. Order processing time might take up to 1-4 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office.  After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

If you place your after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

3. Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

4. Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

Occasionally, there may be an issue or a problem with shipping, which is unfortunately out of our control, and comes down to the individual shipping service used, or any possible security/customs hold-ups. If your item has not arrived in the time specified above, please contact our support team who will be able to assist you further.


All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to your Local currency for you.


We accept 4 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Please contact us here.

Please note that any request received after 4 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after the 4 hours period but without guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
